Temple Roberts‘ mission is to encourage and work with valued promoters in staging more high profile events in Yorkshire and in the North. We will work with the Event Promoter to establish the most suitable venue for their artists or clients based on mutual requirements and specifications.

We will provide a valuable central point of contact for both the Event Promoter and the venue in reaching a mutually beneficial agreement. We will also act as a key central point in co-ordinating the operation both in the planning stages as well as in the event project itself. We will always be on hand with essential information about the venue; maps, data, facilities etc and keep the promoter updated with regard to sponsors’ and hospitality arrangements.

Where appropriate Temple Roberts will sell and manage sponsorship and hospitality for the event and add value wherever we can in the event project. We have an extensive knowledge of Yorkshire and markets around the North and can offer unbiased advice on public needs, which suppliers, contractors and vendors to use, what other events are being held in the region etc. We also have good working relationships with some local authorities, so we will help facilitate introductions between the Event Promoter and helpful contacts wherever we can.
